Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped from Milano, Italy.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if 30 days have passed since you received your delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused for a refund. To initiate a return, contact us at with your order number, return items, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Alongside your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. You can choose any shipping company, but for items over 75 euros, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
